Job Requirements

One year of experience in related or supportive role preferred
food handler certification
alcohol awareness certification if applicable
ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment
ability to learn and present product, menu, and allergy information
knowledge of restaurant POS system required
highly motivated and flexible
ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet and welcome restaurant guests
deliver food promptly and at appropriate temperature
deposit dishes in dish-room or specified area
clean and set tables according to standards
empty trash containers and stock bussing stations
learn and maintain product knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus
clean stations including sweeping floors
perform buffet set-up and refills
assist in room service as needed
assist other restaurant personnel when necessary
attend required trainings and meetings
communicate with staff and management
