Job Requirements
- minimum age of 21 for barback/server position
- possession of California Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certificate
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to work part-time including evenings and weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- hold a California Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certificate
- be at least 21 years old for serving liquor (barback/server role)
- previous experience in food service preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- prepare dining room for food service
- serve meals to residents
- attend to residents' needs throughout the meal
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- comply with health and safety regulations
- serve liquor to residents who are of legal age (for barback/server role)
- operate efficiently during scheduled shifts
