Job Duties
- Greet guests at the entrance with a friendly demeanor and verify IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Monitor guest behavior throughout the bar, front entrance, and back parking lot to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Provide a visible security presence to deter issues and respond promptly to any concerns
- Support bartenders with barback duties as needed, including restocking supplies and maintaining bar cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to address any situations that arise
