Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and carrying supplies
excellent customer service skills
knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
good communication skills
age 18 or older (or as required by law)

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in bar or food service preferred
knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
knowledge of sanitation and food handling standards
ability to follow local and state alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

set up and maintain organized, properly supplied and efficiently functioning workstations
contribute to goal of 100% customer satisfaction through personal commitment to teamwork and service
assist bartenders by filling basic orders and informing them of more significant requests
ensure all bars are properly stocked including cocktail units, sinks, garnishes, ice, and beverage supplies
clean bar areas regularly including mopping floors, wiping bar tops and stools, bussing tables, and washing glassware
follow all state and local guidelines for responsible alcoholic beverage service including checking guest identification
perform other related duties as required
