Job Requirements
- Must be at least minimum age to serve alcohol based on state law
- able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- able to stand and walk for long periods outdoors
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- possess reliable transportation
- punctual and dependable
- good communication and teamwork skills
- prior experience in barback or food and beverage roles preferred
- ability to follow alcohol service policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods of time
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and long shifts as required by tournament schedules
- strong teamwork and communication skills

- prior barback, food and beverage, or event experience preferred
- must meet minimum age requirement to work around alcohol based on state law
Job Duties
- Stock bar stations with beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, cups, napkins, and garnishes
- refill ice bins and restock supplies throughout the tournament shift
- assist bartenders with maintaining smooth and efficient service during peak times
- maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including wiping counters and removing trash
- break down boxes, remove empty bottles/cans, and keep storage areas organized
- assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas before and after service
- transport beverage inventory and supplies to designated bar locations
- ensure supplies are properly stored and rotated to maintain quality
- follow all alcohol service policies and safety procedures
- report low inventory, damaged items, or issues to supervisor
