Job Duties

  • Clear tables quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room
  • Assist servers with guest needs as directed
  • Restock bar and service supplies
  • Assist with opening and closing side work
  • Deliver food from kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure plates are presented properly and match ticket orders
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
  • Assist in expediting orders during busy shifts
  • Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, preparing sauces
  • Follow recipes and kitchen standards precisely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
  • Label and store food according to health and safety standards
  • Assist line cooks during peak service times
