Job Duties
- Clear tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room
- Assist servers with guest needs as directed
- Restock bar and service supplies
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Deliver food from kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure plates are presented properly and match ticket orders
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Assist in expediting orders during busy shifts
- Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, preparing sauces
- Follow recipes and kitchen standards precisely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- Label and store food according to health and safety standards
- Assist line cooks during peak service times
