Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing
- ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, and kneel
- maintain a current permit or food safety certification as required by local government
- adherence to all safety protocols including proper use of PPE
- ability to work efficiently with limited supervision

Job Duties
- Assist team with food and beverage delivery, table presetting, and clearing to ensure efficient, timely service and an exceptional guest dining experience
- uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift
- assist bartenders with keeping a well-stocked and tidy bar
- complete opening, closing, and side work
- set up food carts, stations, and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready and in good condition
- expo build tickets on the kitchen line and deliver orders accurately to guests
- monitor guests' dining experiences, address requests promptly, and be knowledgeable about menu items and common dietary restrictions
- communicate effectively with team members and support staff to deliver seamless service
- follow all safety, sanitation, and operational standards as outlined in company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, service procedures, 4 keys service standards, and safety and security procedures
- perform all additional duties as assigned by management
