Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or dining environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and mathematics
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, grip, climb a ladder, and walk long distances for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
- Must comply with all safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment, especially during peak hours
- Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard
- Collect empty bottles and glasses
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
- Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes
- Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed
- Restock liquor bottles
- Refill ice bins
- Maintain strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
- Demonstrate positive interpersonal skills
- Prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously as a self-starter
- Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
