Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Reliable and punctual
Good physical condition and stamina
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
Run food to appropriate table numbers along with seat positions
Prepare venue for service by cleaning and setting tables, setting decorations, and stocking service stations
Support FOH team by setting-up and replenishing service stations, trash container liners, and bars
Stock bars, maintain beer, wine and liquor storage rooms, prepare venue for the next day's shift
Complete daily side-work as directed by management
Report directly to management and the general manager
