Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Valid certifications for responsible beverage service (varies by state)
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, organized, and spotless throughout every shift
  • Anticipate and fulfill restocking needs for spirits, beer, juice, syrups, garnishes, and glassware
  • Maintain ice bins and bar tools to ensure smooth service flow
  • Assist with prep tasks such as juicing, cutting garnishes, and batching syrups
  • Help with breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the bar after service
  • Learn cocktail ingredients, spirits, and service techniques to build a foundation for growth
  • Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service
  • Work as a team player, supporting floor staff, bartenders, and bar leadership where needed
