Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, organized, and spotless throughout every shift
- Anticipate and fulfill restocking needs for spirits, beer, juice, syrups, garnishes, and glassware
- Maintain ice bins and bar tools to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with prep tasks such as juicing, cutting garnishes, and batching syrups
- Help with breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the bar after service
- Learn cocktail ingredients, spirits, and service techniques to build a foundation for growth
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service
- Work as a team player, supporting floor staff, bartenders, and bar leadership where needed
