Job Duties
- Ensure assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- Perform routine inventory of all refreshment bar items daily
- Remain knowledgeable on cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware
- Ensure requisitions are ordered and delivered timely
- Stock coolers and dry stock items for bartenders
- Support bartenders and beverage servers in fast-paced environment
- Maintain an organized workspace at all times
