- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health code standards
- physical capability to handle kegs and transport supplies

Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- some hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- retrieves beverage orders and verifies accuracy with storeroom personnel
- sets up glassware and other bar equipment
- checks and assists in maintaining adequate supply levels such as stir sticks, napkins, and matches
- transports taps and performs routine maintenance on heavy beer kegs
- assists bartenders during service
- maintains cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas in compliance with health codes
- scoops and replenishes ice in service areas
- boxes and saves empty liquor bottles for returns and requisitions
