Job Requirements
- must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods
- must be able to carry or lift at least 50 pounds
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- good physical stamina
- willingness to assist bartenders and servers
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- previous bar experience preferred
- ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- strong customer service skills
- ability to think clearly and make concise decisions
- familiarity with liquor and beer products
- effective communication skills
- ability to maintain concentration in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- assist in bar setup and opening
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- stock the bar stations to par and maintain a par level of liquor bottles
- maintain clean glassware as needed
- become completely familiar with the liquors and beers sold in the bar
- greet all guests promptly and courteously
- assist and focus attention on bartenders and servers needs, remaining calm and courteous
