Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy items like kegs and boxes
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations
- Ensure bar stations are well-prepped and fully stocked throughout service
- Retrieve and restock ice, clean spills, and remove trash to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Support bartenders with basic prep work, such as cutting garnishes and refilling syrups
- Assist with keg changes and other bar maintenance tasks as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
