- 2+ years of barback or food and beverage industry experience is required or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Prepares the bar for operational readiness by setting up and stocking the bar with liquor, ice, beer kegs, glassware, utensils, cocktail napkins, and garnishes
- maintains cleanliness of bar, glassware, utensils, counters, ashtray, and trash cans
- cleans spilled drinks, excess liquid, broken glass, etc., in a timely manner
- responsible for opening, cleaning new glass ware and stocking washed glass ware
- checks dishwashing specifications and maintains all established procedures
- responsible for assisting the bartenders with cleaning the bars at the end of the shift, removing liquor from the bars and returns it to designated liquor cages or storage areas
- provides friendly, courteous service to bartenders and wait staff
- understand and actively participate in environmental, health & safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities
- perform other duties as assigned
