- High-volume barback experience preferred
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates

Job Duties
- Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
- Keep constant awareness of the bar’s needs
- Change blown kegs
- Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
- Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
- Bus tables throughout shift
- Maintain effective communication with team members
- Support a positive and cooperative team environment
- Comply with alcohol knowledge and safety certifications
- Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
