  • High-volume barback experience preferred
  • Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
  • Keep constant awareness of the bar’s needs
  • Change blown kegs
  • Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
  • Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
  • Bus tables throughout shift
  • Maintain effective communication with team members
  • Support a positive and cooperative team environment
  • Comply with alcohol knowledge and safety certifications
  • Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
