Job Requirements

Food handler/ABC permit (or ability to obtain per local requirements)
Night/weekend/holiday availability (most shifts are evenings)

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods

Job Duties

Stock spirits, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and syrups throughout service
Change kegs, crush boxes, organize walk-ins/storage, and rotate product (FIFO)
Maintain a pristine, safe, and efficient bar (wipe, sanitize, polish, sweep, mop)
Support bartenders with garnish/juice prep and dish/ware runs as needed
Reset the bar between rushes and at close
complete side work and checklists
Communicate clearly, move with urgency, and anticipate needs in a high-energy, drug-free, high-standards environment
