Job Requirements
- Food handler/ABC permit (or ability to obtain per local requirements)
- Night/weekend/holiday availability (most shifts are evenings)

Job Duties
- Stock spirits, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and syrups throughout service
- Change kegs, crush boxes, organize walk-ins/storage, and rotate product (FIFO)
- Maintain a pristine, safe, and efficient bar (wipe, sanitize, polish, sweep, mop)
- Support bartenders with garnish/juice prep and dish/ware runs as needed
- Reset the bar between rushes and at close
- complete side work and checklists
- Communicate clearly, move with urgency, and anticipate needs in a high-energy, drug-free, high-standards environment
