Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work all venue events with a flexible schedule including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to work in an open-air environment under all climate conditions
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance according to company and venue standards
- Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Must hold RAMP certification or obtain upon hiring
- Practice safe work habits and comply with all safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, speak, and write English to communicate with staff and guests
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette preferred
- Ability to listen and take direction from management effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Job Duties
- Provide supplies and items to bartenders upon request in a timely manner
- Deliver stock to concessions stands, portables, and commissaries
- Stock bar items and fill ice bins as needed
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Receive and store food and beverage deliveries
- Restock stands with products efficiently according to management instructions
- Inspect stands for deficiencies and report concerns to management
- Assist with moving equipment for events
- Rotate assignments flexibly across service locations
