Job Requirements
- Must have experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- High-volume barback experience preferred
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- Great communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
- Keep constant awareness of the bar's needs
- Change blown kegs
- Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
- Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
- Bus tables throughout shift
- Demonstrate great communication skills
- Be a good teammate
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
