Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Request, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas
- stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments
- develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
- ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are complete
