Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior food and beverage experience helpful, but not required
- Familiarity with bar environment preferred
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Mobility to move easily in outlet and storage areas
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
- Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
- Sets up bars for operation, cuts fruit, stocks ice, empties garbage
- Supports bartender needs, ices drink glasses and pours non-alcoholic drinks as needed
- Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation
- Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
- Maintains par stock levels and orders bar supplies as necessary, delivers orders
- Maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures, reports any maintenance problems to manager
- Removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurant and service stations in accordance with departmental procedures, sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
- Resolves service issues according to established guidelines
- Assists with setting up for banquets and private functions, stocks beverages and paper products
- Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker
- Performs duties in a safe manner, reports any potential safety hazards to management staff
- Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters
