Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six months food and beverage experience
- Ability to pass background investigation
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Must obtain and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server's License
- Ability to lift at least 150 pounds
- Available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, climbing, and crawling
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six months experience in food and beverage field
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to use POS systems and count cash accurately
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to make repeated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to exert muscle force for lifting and carrying
- Skilled in observing alcohol consumption and enforcing policies
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Knowledge of sanitation standards
- Maintains high personal hygiene
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service
Job Duties
- Checks equipment and reports problems to supervisors
- Operates and maintains bar equipment and utensils
- Cleans bar equipment and replenishes supplies
- Stocks refrigerating units using FIFO system
- Washes glasses and cleans bar areas
- Completes computer-assisted training on time
- Maintains tables by removing empty glassware
- Attends pre-shift meetings and communicates specials
- Ensures responsible alcohol service enforcement
- Serves food items as needed
- Completes incident documentation and temperature logs
- Maintains cleanliness of cash registers
- Removes trash and organizes venue cleanliness
- Cleans casino floor equipment and replenishes supplies
- Puts away alcohol orders in absence of barback
- Assists with coverage for bartenders and servers
- Greets and welcomes guests professionally
- Prepares drinks with proper measurements
- Presents drinks to guests or servers
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Ensures punctual and regular attendance
