Job Requirements
- Must have knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
- Must assist in beverage service execution at all times
- Strong communication skills and passion for hospitality
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Must obtain and maintain State/Tribal License with background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must have current Food Handlers Card
- Must complete and maintain DRAM certification or state-recognized alcohol safety training
- Must follow all restaurant-specific training and SOPs
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and push or pull 100
- Must be knowledgeable of health department standards
- Must pass extensive background check and licensing
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
- Ability to assist in execution of beverage service at all times
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality
- Attention to detail
- Food Handlers Card
- DRAM certification or equivalent alcohol safety training
- Familiarity with health department standards
- Experience in beverage service preferred
- Former bar experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by maintaining and exhibiting We-Ko-Pa Way service standards
- Manage inventory and stock the fine dining bar daily
- Execute opening and closing side work including preparing garnishes, juices, bar supplies, and mixers
- Assist in bar service for the casino floor including wine, cocktails, and beer
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, bar coolers, and counters with attention to deep cleaning and sanitation
- Ensure consistency in quality of cocktails, wine, and beer for guest orders
- Maintain accurate daily inventory and knowledge of all menus including ingredients and allergens
