Job Duties
- Retrieves beverage orders from purchasing and checks stock with storeroom personnel for accuracy
- Stores beverage products in the beverage storeroom area and verifies completeness with bartenders
- Sets up glassware and other bar equipment
- Maintains adequate supplies such as stir sticks, napkins, and matches for bar and service areas
- Transports and performs routine maintenance on heavy beer kegs
- Assists bartenders in preparation and service tasks
- Maintains cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas according to health code standards
- Scoops and transports ice to service areas and replenishes ice containers
- Boxes and saves empty liquor bottles for returns and requisitions
