- prior experience in bar or restaurant setting preferred
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- able to stand for long periods
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- must be punctual and reliable
- able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare juices and garnishes
- restock coolers and storage areas
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- deliver food to bar guests
- set up and break down bar
- participate in pre-shift meetings
- answer questions about the drinks list
- liaise with servers to ensure guest needs are met
- bus the bar
- polish glass and silverware
