Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant work experience
  • Six months experience in upscale or fine dining environments
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a comparable support role such as server assistant or food runner
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Six months of experience in fine dining, luxury, or upscale environments
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Demonstrated commitment to hospitality values including integrity, leadership, and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Retrieve orders from storeroom and reconcile with requisitions to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits
  • Mix and pour juices and store back-up supplies appropriately
  • Assist bartender in stocking and maintaining bar supplies including paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce
  • Transport taps, replace and maintain beer kegs
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage in accordance with health and safety codes
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency of bar areas
