Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs and cases of beverages
  • Ability to stand and move on feet for extended periods
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of bar operations and beverage service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Retrieve orders from storeroom and visually check stock for accuracy
  • Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits
  • Mix and pour juices and store back-up supplies in prescribed containers
  • Assist the bartender to stock and maintain the bar, including paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce
  • Transport taps and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas according to federal, state, local, and company codes
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards at all times
