Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Basic understanding of bar operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependability and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock for accuracy
- Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices
- Assist the bartender to stock and maintain the bar supplies including paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce
- Transport taps and replace and perform maintenance on beer kegs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas in compliance with health and company codes
