Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a barback or similar role is a plus
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • basic knowledge of bar operations and standards
  • ability to stand and move for long periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock accuracy
  • prepare bar by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits
  • mix and pour juices and store supplies
  • assist bartenders with stocking and maintaining bar inventory including paper products, straws, glassware, and ice
  • transport taps and perform routine beer keg maintenance
  • maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas
  • comply with all federal, state, local, and company cleanliness and safety codes
