Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage preferred
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic knowledge of spirits and bar tools is a plus
Job Duties
- Restock bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws
- prepare the bar for service by setting up stations, organizing tools, and ensuring cleanliness
- clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and equipment throughout the shift and during closing
- empty trash bins, change kegs, and remove empty bottles and boxes to keep the workspace safe and uncluttered
- assist with inventory counts and deliveries, ensuring items are correctly received and stored
- support bartenders during busy periods by running drinks, retrieving ingredients, or bussing bar seating areas
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverage items
- maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
