Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must be able to obtain a gaming badge
- must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE)
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of guest service principles and processes
- good oral communication skills
- mature judgment and professionalism
- ability to understand and follow orders
- ability to understand written information

Job Duties
- Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the bartender
- maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed
- wash glasses and serving equipment promptly
- stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs
- replenish ice at the bar
- clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment
- prepare food items for drink preparation
- manage trash pickup and disposal
- maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- review procedures to improve service and safety
