- understanding of food safety standards and procedures
Job Duties
- communicate and partner with general manager vendors and airport staff to ensure compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and merchandise movement
- provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control and distribution
- utilize and respect company tools and resources based on security practices
- create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates
- maintain warehouse appearance ensuring safety compliance with health and safety regulations housekeeping and maintenance
- conduct receiving cycle counts product returns and transfer transactions accurately on handheld or company equipment
- complete process controls including paperwork accurately
- apply stock security processes consistently
- resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required
- identify and report discrepancies to management
- wash dishes to food safety compliance standards
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to food safety
- follow first in first out process
- maintain good time management
- deliver first-class experiences in on-trend national or iconic local brand environments
