Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
- must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
- strong communication skills
- be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- high-volume barback experience preferred

Job Duties
- ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
- keep constant awareness of the bar’s needs
- change blown kegs
- keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
- replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
- bus tables throughout shift
- communicate effectively and be a good teammate
