Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise and bright lights
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environment

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill during customer and public relations functions
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service using guest names
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar
- place liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in designated places following storage and safety procedures
- replace empty draught beer kegs
- slice and pit fruit and fill ice bins
- operate and maintain equipment and utensils according to guidelines and safety procedures
- remove and properly dispose of bar debris
- wipe counter areas, sinks and floors to maintain a clean and safe work station
- maintain cleanliness of designated areas in accordance with health and safety standards
