Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards
- must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricted areas
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
- physically mobile including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
Job Qualifications

- ability to work well with others including beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and casino supervisors
- strong interpersonal skills
- familiarity with safety and health standards

Job Duties
- foster a fun environment

- provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill during work and public relations functions
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service and use guest names
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar
- replace empty draught beer kegs as required
- slice and pit fruit and fill ice bins
- operate and maintain bar equipment and utensils
- remove and dispose of bar debris according to procedures
- wipe counter areas, sinks, and floors to maintain cleanliness
- maintain cleanliness of designated areas per health and safety standards
