Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must possess or be able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service
- must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification
- understanding of bar terminology and various types of alcoholic beverages
- knowledge of inventory management and restocking procedures
- proficient in mixology basics to assist bartenders
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- 2+ years’ barback experience in a high-volume bar atmosphere preferred
- prior guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork
- ensure their bar is kept clean
- stock is properly stored, rotated, and unexpired
- check identification of guests under the age of 30 to prevent underage service
- keep glassware, condiments, and fresh garnishes cut and replenished
- monitor, maintain and properly rotates stock/orders
- promptly carry out duties as needed per bartenders and management
- change empty beer kegs and soda bibs correctly
- ensure all operational equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot common equipment issues
- empty garbage, glass, and cardboard bins in the designated disposal area
- adhere to business policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and complete all related training programs/certifications
- complete all side work tasks
- communicate professionally with management and involve them in guest recovery issues immediately
- engage with guests, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience
- other duties as assigned
