Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must possess or be able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service
- must possess or be able to complete ServSafe or food handler's training and certification
- understanding of bar terminology and alcoholic beverages
- knowledge of inventory management and restocking procedures
- proficient in mixology basics

- 2+ years barback experience in a high-volume bar atmosphere preferred
- prior guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork
- ensure the bar is kept clean
- stock, store, rotate, and manage bar inventory
- check identification of guests under the age of 30 to prevent underage service
- keep glassware, condiments, and fresh garnishes replenished
- monitor and troubleshoot bar equipment
- change empty beer kegs and soda bibs
- empty garbage, glass, and cardboard bins
- follow alcohol service policies and complete required trainings
- complete all side work tasks
- communicate professionally with management on guest issues
- engage with guests to enhance their experience
- perform other duties as assigned
