Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or bar environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent communication skills
Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or bar environment preferred
Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
Thrives in a team-focused environment with a proactive and helpful attitude
Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially during busy shifts
Clear, professional communication with teammates and managers
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating excellent guest experiences
Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, reaching, and being on feet for long periods
Ability to consistently demonstrate F1 Arcade Core Values such as pursuit of excellence, positive energy, integrity, and team spirit

Job Duties

Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service
Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed throughout service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including surfaces, storage areas, and equipment
Communicate effectively with bartenders and other team members to support smooth service
Step in proactively to support high-volume or high-energy shifts
Monitor inventory levels and alert the Bar Manager when supplies are low
Handle products with care to reduce waste and maintain quality
Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Ensure safe handling of alcohol and all bar equipment
Help maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment for our guests
Support bartenders in delivering prompt, high-quality service
