The position is with a high-energy casino establishment, boasting over 100,000 square feet of expansive gaming and entertainment space and employing roughly 500 dedicated staff members. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work in smoke filled environments
  • Must be RAMP certified or willing to complete RAMP certification during company training
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the state gaming agency
  • Thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning
  • Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with body and arms
  • Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
  • Ability to use near vision and see details at close range
  • Ability to use stairs and elevators multiple times per day

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist bartenders in the service of beverages to guests
  • Maintain service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stock to par
  • Put beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stock pump room and soda room, change out kegs as needed
  • Assist guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Stock main coolers with all beverage products
  • Shovel ice from ice machine into ice bins
  • Maintain deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment
  • Abide by all state, federal, and company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Require heavy lifting
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations
  • Understand all PLCB regulations
  • Abide by company and department specific appearance standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
