Job Duties
- Request, pick, verify and put away requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas
- Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments
- Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
- Ensure that all side opening and closing duties are completed
- Adopt a positive approach in dealing with guest problems and issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Attend to customer needs with a friendly and professional attitude
- Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
