Job Description

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a prestigious luxury hotel located in the vibrant heart of downtown Oklahoma City. This 605-room property is strategically positioned adjacent to the Paycom Center home to the OKC Thunder, the Oklahoma Convention Center, and directly across from the expansive 70-acre Scissortail Park. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain and maintain a state alcohol server certificate and appropriate Food Handlers certification or training
  • Must live within 50 miles of the hotel

Job Qualifications

  • Quick service foods, arena, or stadium venue experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical equations preferred
  • Ability to communicate with guests and fellow associates strongly preferred
  • Must be fast and agile, and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain and maintain a state alcohol server certificate and appropriate Food Handlers certification or training
  • Must live within 50 miles of the hotel

Job Duties

  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Responsible for location set-up based on event guidelines
  • Deliver items from kitchen, storage rooms, coolers and freezers
  • Adhere to established par stock levels
  • Maintain an awareness of rotating product, minimize waste, and be mindful of cost of products
  • Must be familiar with all policies related to liquor liability laws
  • Obtains proper food handling and alcohol service training and certifications
  • Assists in concessions or bar areas as needed such as filling up condiments, point of purchase displays, stocking shelves with product, wiping down surfaces
  • Organizes storerooms as assigned
  • Ensures correct temperatures of hot and cold food and beverage products
  • Receives, unpacks, and stores all supplies and goods, ensuring stock is accounted for
  • Reports all needed repairs to supervisor
  • Removes all product from stands and returns them to storage areas when event ends
  • All equipment must be cleaned and stored properly at this time
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
  • Maintain an awareness of all functions, events, and meetings taking place at any given time
