Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or barback role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy supplies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in barback or similar hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of bar operations

Job Duties

  • Retrieve orders from storeroom and visually check stock and reconcile with requisitions
  • Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling garnishes and fruits and mixing juices
  • Assist the bartender in stocking and maintaining the bar including paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce
  • Transport taps and replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas according to codes
  • Ensure order accuracy by re-checking stock upon delivery
  • Support outstanding guest service and financial profitability efforts
