Job Requirements

  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills
  • Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions including written and oral
  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission
  • Must meet credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas in assigned restaurant bar stations and service bar stations
  • Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies
  • Removes empty bottles and trash
  • Prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes
  • Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor supplies
  • Serves as backup for bartender when necessary
  • Promotes outstanding guest service on a continual basis
