Job Requirements

  • must be 18 or older
  • must be 21 or older for beverage server, barback, bartender positions
  • able to handle a flexible schedule
  • must be able to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming license
  • must have working knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • must learn drink recipes and proper glass use
  • must keep updated work cards including TIPS training

Job Qualifications

  • able to communicate sufficiently with co-workers and supervisors
  • customer service skills
  • able to lift fifty pounds
  • experience in bar environment preferred
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming license

Job Duties

  • adhere to guest service requirements
  • maintain assigned area and back up bartender
  • keep bar well-stocked and prepare for dry goods and liquor rooms
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned area
  • perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bar equipment
  • handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely
  • learn all drink recipes and appropriate glassware
  • exhibit a positive and professional image
  • practice safety rules and encourage others
  • stock bar for next shift
  • act independently with supervisor communication
  • operate cash and comp procedures and bar equipment
  • keep current work cards including TIPS training
  • operate liquor, soda, and juice guns
