Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in providing quality service
- Maintain bar cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Prepare garnishes and ensure garnishes are readily available
- Stock bars with alcoholic beverages such as spirits, liquor, wine, and beer
- Stock bars with non-alcoholic beverages including soda, juices, and carbon dioxide
- Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms and beer coolers
- Ensure bars are stocked ahead of member, guest, and private events
- Replenish paper goods like cups and napkins
- Help with inventory management and advise on replenishment needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
