Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fine dining or upscale casual establishment
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
- Ability to solve problems calmly and use good judgment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Fluency in English

- Minimum six months experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining establishment preferred
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with good judgment
- Clear communication skills with bartenders, servers and customers
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
Job Duties
- Stock all supplies in the main bar before, during and after each shift including paper goods, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, consumables, glassware, linen, condiments and stocking bins
- Maintain cleanliness of both the bar and service areas through regular maintenance and nightly cleaning
- Assist cocktail servers in all aspects of food service from setting silver to final cleaning of tables
- Bus all tables of glassware and debris during service
- Change all tablecloths and candles during service
- Maintain all standards as set by Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek
- Attend all scheduled meetings
