Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
- adhere to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
- set up bars for operation, cut fruit, stock ice, empty garbage
- support bartender needs, ice drink glasses, pour non-alcoholic drinks as needed
- wipe counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation
- maintain cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
- maintain par stock levels and order bar supplies as necessary, deliver orders
- maintain equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures, report any maintenance problems to manager
- remove and properly dispose of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurant and service stations in accordance with departmental procedures, sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
- resolve service issues according to established guidelines
- maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters
