Job Duties

  • Adhere to guest service requirements
  • responsible for maintaining assigned area and backing up the bartender to assure guest service
  • maintain a well-stocked and fully prepared bar and stocking functions for the dry goods and liquor rooms
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned area
  • perform routine cleaning and day-to-day maintenance of all bar equipment
  • become knowledgeable of all drink recipes and proper glass to use for each drink
  • conduct yourself in a manner that reflects a positive, professional image
  • practice and observe safety rules and regulations
  • keep bar completely stocked for next shift
  • inform the bartender on duty of any problems
  • learn operation of the cash and comp procedures and bar equipment
  • have and keep updated all current work cards including TIPS training
  • learn operation of liquor, soda, and juice guns
