Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Ability to work in smoking environments
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as described
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work under stressful conditions and in small quarters
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle cash correctly
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain Kentucky gaming/racing license
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of bar outlets
- Deliver, maintain, stock, and clean supplies in Food & Beverage venues
- Assist in setting up or breaking down functions as needed
- Rotate products using First In, First Out method
- Maintain inventory and order on a bottle-for-bottle basis as used
- Communicate using telephones, two-way radios, and bulletin boards
- Provide timely bar and alcohol service with proper garnishes and recipes
- Assist supervisor with inventory control and product rotation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
- Perform routine inventory checks daily
- Ensure timely delivery of requisitions
- Demonstrate prompt and efficient service to bartenders, servers, and leadership
- Complete special functions as directed
- Manage equipment standards and report malfunctions
- Follow departmental sanitation and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
