Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Able to obtain and maintain valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
  • Ability to work in smoking environments
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as described

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle cash correctly

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Kentucky gaming/racing license

Job Duties

  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of bar outlets
  • Deliver, maintain, stock, and clean supplies in Food & Beverage venues
  • Assist in setting up or breaking down functions as needed
  • Rotate products using First In, First Out method
  • Maintain inventory and order on a bottle-for-bottle basis as used
  • Communicate using telephones, two-way radios, and bulletin boards
  • Provide timely bar and alcohol service with proper garnishes and recipes
  • Assist supervisor with inventory control and product rotation
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
  • Perform routine inventory checks daily
  • Ensure timely delivery of requisitions
  • Demonstrate prompt and efficient service to bartenders, servers, and leadership
  • Complete special functions as directed
  • Manage equipment standards and report malfunctions
  • Follow departmental sanitation and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
