Job Requirements

must be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
must consistently be friendly and outgoing toward fans, management, and team members
must work well in fast-paced environment and under pressure
must demonstrate good time management and communication skills
must follow company and state safety guidelines
must be able to work variety of shifts including late hours, holidays, and weekends
must be physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, bend, squat, reach overhead, lift up to 20 pounds frequently, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, seldom sit, climb, push, pull and lift over 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

1+ years previous Barback experience
thorough understanding of mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic beverages
excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
fluent in English with basic writing ability
food handlers' card
state-recognized responsible alcohol certification
must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with local and state laws

Job Duties

prepares section so that it is ready at scheduled time
follows Cosm's Pillars of Service for each guest as outlined in the training materials
focuses on a one-team approach by helping other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
engages fans, coworkers, and managers with a positive, friendly, professional approach during all interactions
ensures each fan is taken care of upon entering the building to leaving the building
willingly, and with positive attitude, follows direction of all supervisors, including additional requests for side work, cleaning, etc
follows State Liquor laws and Company policies regarding the service of any alcoholic beverage and enforcement of ordinances and laws
